Moses Siloko Siasia has taken NYPF to a great level with consistency. We will be seeing a great display of an organization with the desires of national development, peace and progress.

The chairman who happens to be my elder brother is also my mentor. He inspires me and a whole lot of young people all over the world.

It is how you deal with failure that determines how you achieve success, it is disappointments that provokes experience, while experience initiates wisdom. Start thinking positively now.

If you wish to be extraordinarily versatile to any situation which may surface, you need to engage your mind to think creatively every single day of your life.

People of substance are cognizant that life is a battle, and only the brave ones can overcome such battle.

Mark Twain asserts that “courage is not lack of fear or absence of fear. It is the mastery of fear, control of fear. And the key you need is self-discipline."

It is not how long you learn, but how fast you understand that produces result in your life.
Appreciate whatever position you find yourself today and never allow gifts make you vulnerable.

Your determination in life guarantees growth, which is capable of creating an aura that could instill respect.

Finally let me quote myself, “If you are not a reader, you cannot be a thinker; and if you are not a thinker, you cannot become a solution, and if you cannot become a solution, you will never be relevant in your society.”

MASTERING THE ART OF THINKING

Being afraid to fail won't only keep you away from failing, it will make you a miserable loser in life.
If you don't fail now to succeed, you will fail tomorrow when others are succeeding.

Have you ever imagined, if Michael Jordan was scared of missing, your guess is as good as mine; he won't have ever taken a shot.
What if Steve Jobs was also afraid of people not liking his products, there won't have been an iPhone.

It is necessary to know that the more you fail, the more wiser you become, and the better your drive towards achieving your desires.

Develop yourself, weaponize yourself, teach yourself to be so good that you don't think about your comfort zone.

Sometimes you can be so prepared and still fail, and get so heart broken but discipline, dedication and determination should be able to pick you up and get things done over again.

It is never too late to change your life and be committed to your dreams. If you want to change your life and become a better individual, you have to change the way you think.

Don't wait for your employment status to change, don't wait for your salary to change, don't wait for the economy to change, don't wait for circumstances outside to change, Just change the way you think.

If you want to be sincere with yourself, you can ask yourself one question, which is, "What will my life become if these things I mentioned above don't change?"

You should know that eighty percent of anything you do is psychological, while twenty percent is mechanical which is the main reason for you to think and discover those untapped potentials in you to achieve outstanding results.

It is better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one, than to have an opportunity and not be prepared.
You have to master preparation because success lives next door to you.

Watch your relationships. There are nursing relationships and toxic relationships. Nursing relationships brings out the best in you, while toxic relationship drains you.

People who are hungry wants to do things others can't do, so they can have what others don't have tomorrow.
They want to get to the top because the bottom is always crowded.

If you do what is easy, your life will be hard, but if you do what is hard, your life will be easy.

CONQUER YOUR FEARS & COMMAND YOUR SCHEDULE

Life is actually an act of faith and gamble. There is nothing you cannot be, there is nothing you cannot do and there is nothing you cannot have.
Each day when I wake up in the morning, I ask myself “Ben do you want to be depressed today or you want to live happily?” then I choose to live happy.
If you want to be happy, then you have to be happy on purpose because happiness is not going to fall on you.
Some morning, you can wake up feeling very bad, but you must never have an agreement with such thoughts because if you choose to agree, you have chosen to have a lousy day, which will pave the way for defeat, discouragement and mediocrity.
Each morning when you wake up, you won’t see the day you are going to have, but you can decide the kind of day you want to have.
Just make a declaration once you wake up by speaking positive things ahead of the day.
Most of the time, we have what we need to be happy, but we don’t have the right prospective. You can change your life but it starts with your choices.
For instance, you may not be happy at the job you are right now, but if for some reasons you were to lose that job and you went months to months without any income, and then one day you were able to get that same job back; most likely, you will be extremely happy.
You had what you need to be happy, but you didn’t realize it.
Everyone of us have something right now to be happy, it could be your health, job, family, opportunity, spouse.
The opportunity you have today might not be here again, you have to make a choice because it is the only moment you have.
In the beginning of every project, we all feel excited, feeling like it is an easy way to pull through, but after some weeks, you get discouraged and sometimes even ask yourself “Why me”
The good news is that, when you start feeling this way, you are about to get a breakthrough, getting through to the place most people can’t reach because they lack commitment and determination.
For you to be the best, you have to command your schedule, don’t wait for someone to choose you.
Close those browsers, switch off that T.V, live an unusual life, change your surroundings, resist that urge to always sit around and watch your favourite T.V program because in life, you don’t get to know your boundaries unless you push them, you also don’t get to know who you are unless you test it.

KNOWING WITHOUT DOING LEADS TO NOTHING by SILOKO OYINTARI BEN.

You can give a person knowledge but you can never make him think.

People think that success requires knowledge alone and fail to practice what they know, that is why they end up waiting for the fruits to fall down from the trees without understanding the times and seasons of life.

Knowing without doing leads to nothing.

Waiting in vain leads to poverty, but cultivating in faith leads to harvest.

Some individuals who think they are rich because they enrich themselves from the citizens tax only derive pleasure in supporting those citizen who wish to terminate their goals in life, but will never support them to fulfill their dreams.

You need wisdom to think your future into reality if you must heal the world.

There is a big difference between the errand boy who pledges loyalty without thinking about his future, and the man who thinks creatively and execute those positive ideas for growth.

I will keep on saying this, "it is not education that separates twenty children from playing for twenty years, but creativity."

THE LOVE OF OUR STATE AND NATION - National development on the lips of the citizen. By SILOKO, OYINTARI BEN.

Youths what do you desire?
The challenge most youth are facing today is illiteracy. That's the more reason why some of the previous and present leaders have been unable to invest in the educational sector.

(Some might say their government have invested in education which is totally false, education is not in building structures, because structures doesn't inculcate values - they are just after the contracts they will get from the buildings and equipment, therefore they say education is compulsory).

Those negative leaders always seek for cheap means to manipulate the youths by giving them peanuts and controlling their destinies.

Sometimes you sit down and cry, complaining that there is hardship and there are no jobs, forgetting that you were the architect of the situation you are faced with.

How do you intend to get a job when you sell your slots by casting your votes for the wrong people, just because of little change.

Those peanuts you get during election are considered to be your salary for four years. You should ask yourself, is this what I want to use in training my family, or sustaining myself, or creating a job that will yield income for my upkeep? Or will I vote the right person into power for a better society where national development will be the order of the day.

You have to change yourself before the society can change. Its not about shouting change. Change is not a music but an inward decision.

Don't be deceived - if you keep selling your vote for the wrong people because of peanuts which is far less compared to your inheritance as a citizen, you will continue to live in hardship and hunger.

You are the one impeding your progress as an individual and a citizen of the state.
Strive hard for once and look away from their little stipends, if you want a better future.

What do you gain from losing your life due to political clash?
If the previous leaders have you at heart as citizens of the state, they will not want you to lose you life for them. But because they have selfish reasons, that is why they don't care if you live or die.

Where are their families? The so called people you have been killing yourself for. A lot of youths are dead and have been forgotten long ago, but these so called leaders are still enjoying themselves with their families from the state allocations they control, also squandering the funds on frivolous activities that are not beneficial to the society and the citizens at large.

O sleeping youths!!!!. Arise from your sleep walk and support the leaders with great conceptions, that possess the qualities to elevate your state and nation to the next level.

Find a man whose visions and missions have been successful outside the seat of power. Vote a polymath, and he will give you that development you seek, and watch how aggrandized your apotheosis will be.

NO BOUNDARIES BY SILOKO OYINTARI BEN.

People think that life has limitations. It is pertinent to know that there is no limit to what you can achieve.
I decided to put up this piece and I hope it will transform someone.

Tolerating ignorance in others, makes you more ignorant.
If you desire to achieve something great, don't do small things, dare the impossible and fly high.
Stop comparing yourself, because there are lots of vision and things to create. Spend your time innovating something new rather than wasting your energy draining your brain.

Many people posses abilities to do great things but are limited by their own thoughts. Don't allow anyone belittle your dream. The moment you accept to put a limit on your dreams, you have already accepted failure in life.
You need to move out of your comfort zone, and do the things you have never done, if you wish to attain excellence. Don't just wish, but work.

I believe if Bill Gates was to be a Nigerian, a lot of people would have talked him out of his dreams. This is true because an average man with a small vision is intimated by a man who has global dreams.

Any individual who desire to be outstanding in life should never share his dream with a man with a small vision, a man who thinks of daily bread rather than everlasting bread.

I was reading a book where I saw these words "You can't test your destiny cautiously". Somethings are just the way they are, and not the way they are meant to be. You must go for what you want, else what you want will never come to you.
I watched a great preacher who spoke a lot of sense. He said "a lot of people just believe that whatever is theirs will come to them, and if it doesn't come to them, it's not destined to be for them. The preacher actually said, those thoughts are foolish thoughts. He further advised those set of thinkers to sit at home and allow the books they've read in school to come into their mind.

You can't make a place for yourself if you only live under the family tree. Break out from your shell and launch yourself into greater heights. No matter how tasking and difficult the price for greatness is, it will surely produce amazing results.

Most people want to depend on others without making themselves useful. These set of persons end up getting the least results compared to their expectations.
Helen Keller said, "Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing."

Try not to be a hero in your mind, but work towards becoming a hero. Don't look down on anyone, thinking you have achieved a lot better than the rest. This thought and act is called pride.
The only reason pride will lift you up is actually to bring you down to nothing, and return you to the beginning of your life, in terms of achievement. When such a things happen, how will you look at those who are now ahead of you? Will you look down on them or look up to them? You better think smartly because even  postage stamps become useless when they get stucked to themselves.

Making a decision is difficult, but failure to take a decision will make a man miserable.
James Hightower asserted "There is nothing in the middle of the road but yellow stripes and dead armadillos."
The most foolish thing to do is to stand on the middle of a busy road. You may not even live to tell others the story. This is exactly how lots of people keep their dreams on the middle of the road and allow it to die.
Even in the Bible, the book of James said "A double minded man is unstable in all his ways".

A lot of people suffer from the disease called confusion. They really don't know what they desire in life. They are like wheelbarrows, waiting to be loaded with burden and pushed towards any direction.

Often time, people confuse thinking and deciding. Thinking is an activity carried out within your comfort zone, while deciding is traveling on a road without turning back until you arrive your destination, even if the road is rough, dusty or Sandy.
Maurice Witzer said "You seldom get what you go after unless you know in advance what you want".

Note - To move away from where you are, you must decide where you are going to.
